I don’t rely on the same setup every time — each location, setting, and scenario may call for a completely different approach, whether that’s posing as a tourist, content creator, fellow visitor, or something tailored specifically to your plan. The Process



Step 1:Send me an inquiry with your proposal date and ideal location (if you have one in mind). If you’re still deciding, I’m happy to help with location suggestions.


Step 2: We’ll schedule a phone consultation to go over your vision, proposal plan, logistics, and answer any questions you may have.


Step 3: Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll finalize everything through contract signing and retainer payment to officially lock in your date.


Step 4: Relax and enjoy the moment — I’ll work with you behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly while keeping the surprise completely intact.

Just like in my viral Cathedral Park proposal video, I’ll blend in naturally as a casual photographer, tourist, or passerby while secretly coordinating every detail with you beforehand. From timing and lighting to positioning and backup plans, I’ll help make sure everything unfolds seamlessly.


Prefer something even more low-key? A fully discreet approach is also available, where I capture the moment from afar with no direct interaction at all — keeping the proposal completely unsuspected.

Locations more than 1 hour from Vancouver, WA are subject to a travel fee. Travel costs will vary depending on the distance and location.


Session Fee: $500

Before booking the Covert Proposal package, please note that by securing my services, you acknowledge and agree that content creation is an integral part of my process.


This includes the creation of behind-the-scenes footage and cinematic highlight content, which may be used for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. This allows future clients to understand the experience and level of work I provide.


This is a non-optional component of my business model and is further outlined in detail within the contract.


Booking this service confirms your understanding that:


Content may be created and shared publicly

A signed contract and model release will be required

All primary subjects must provide consent via model release for final delivery


If you are not comfortable with this process, I completely respect your preference; however, I recommend selecting a photographer whose approach better aligns with your expectations.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

For sessions or events that are in OR or WA and are located more than one hour from my base location, additional travel time will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour beyond the first hour to and back.

This ensures I can accommodate your session while covering the time and resources required for extended travel.

Please feel free to reach out with your location details, and I’ll be happy to provide an accurate travel quote.

How do i secure my booking?

To secure your date and confirm your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

This deposit is applied toward your total session or event cost, with the remaining balance due by the day of your session.

This policy helps ensure your spot is reserved and allows me to plan accordingly for your shoot.

When will the photos be delivered?

I take great care in editing and perfecting every image to ensure you receive a polished, high-quality final gallery.

Here’s what you can expect after your session:

  • Portrait Sessions

1 week of your photoshoot date.

  • Event Coverage

8 weeks of the event date.

This allows me the time needed to thoughtfully edit and apply final touch-ups.

Will I get RAW files?

To ensure the highest quality and consistency in my work, I provide clients with fully edited, high-resolution JPEG images only.

RAW files are not included in any packages, as they are unfinished and not a true representation of my final work.

Each image you receive has been carefully edited to reflect my style and standards—delivering a polished, professional result you can be proud to share and print.

Do you offer studio photography sessions?

Studio sessions are available upon request for an additional charge—just let me know if you’d like this option when reaching out.
